Shandy Lam

Shandy Lam is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in public information and fundraising. Currently serving as Chief of Communications and Deputy Director of the Communications Division at Ada County Highway District since April 2021, Shandy provides strategic leadership in public relations and community engagement. Shandy has also been a Fundraising Auctioneer since 2008, assisting organizations in achieving fundraising goals. With a diverse career that includes roles such as Communications Manager for the City of Meridian and Communications & Program Specialist for the NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium, Shandy demonstrates a strong capability in managing communications efforts, marketing, and public relations. Shandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering.
