Emin Kerimov

Emin Kerimov serves as the Corporate Transactions Leader (Counsel) at PwC Azerbaijan, focusing on complex corporate transactions and legal matters related to investments, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Emin is also a Professor of Practice in Law at ADA University, teaching various aspects of commercial law and conflict of laws. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Blackgarden, Emin provides advisory services in mergers and acquisitions and private investments. Previous experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as a Market Insight Services Provider, NEQSOL HOLDING as Group Chief Legal Officer, and as Senior Manager at PwC. Emin holds multiple advanced degrees, including an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Minnesota Law School, and has pursued extensive executive training from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and London Business School.
