Emma Adby

Emma Adby currently serves as the Managing Director of AdaCore Ltd since August 2015, overseeing business operations including human resources, legal, finance, and accounting for the UK entity, as well as leading a global inclusion and diversity initiative. Prior to this role, Emma was the Marketing Operations Manager at AdaCore, where coordination of global marketing efforts and management of a diverse marketing and community team were key responsibilities. Emma’s earlier experience includes serving as President of the Business & Management Society at Sheffield Hallam University from October 2012 to July 2015, where leadership and community engagement were prominent aspects. Emma also held positions as a Student Ambassador and a Marketing Intern at AdaCore, gaining substantial experience in public speaking, events organization, and various marketing functions. Emma's educational background includes a BA in International Business with French from Sheffield Hallam University and a BBA in International Business from ESSEC Business School.
