Molly McFarland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly has served as the Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of AdAdapted since 2012, where they have played a key role in developing and promoting the company's mobile ad solution for CPG and grocery retailers. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Marketing Director at Amplifinity (formerly uRefer) from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for designing and implementing marketing plans, developing marketing strategies, and creating sales and marketing materials. Molly also has experience in marketing and business development at Hobbs+Black Architects from 2006 to 2010, where they attended trade conferences, coordinated special events, and assisted with database management. Additionally, Molly served as a Board Member at Ann Arbor DDA from 2018 to 2022.
Molly McFarland received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Creative Writing from Tulane University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Women of Excellence 2021: Executive of the Year Winner" from the Path to Purchase Institute in December 2021 and "Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator" from Coursera in May 2017.
