Sylvain Berger-Duquene

Sylvain Berger-Duquene is a seasoned professional in the private equity industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Adagia Partners since September 2020. At Adagia Partners, a European MidCap PE firm, investments focus on core sectors such as Healthcare, Business Services, and technology, supported by a strong network of Senior Advisors. Prior to this role, Sylvain served as Director and Head of France, Germany, Benelux, and Scandinavia at Montagu Private Equity LLP from September 2000 to May 2018, where extensive board memberships included firms in medical devices, diving equipment, and natural medicines. Sylvain's earlier experience includes serving as Investment Director at Astorg and roles in Project & Leverage Finance at Crédit Agricole CIB.
