Pablo Ibarra Casals

Pablo Ibarra Casals has extensive experience in the IT industry. Pablo began their career in 1996 working as an IT Operations & System Analyst (Project UHL) for the United Nations. In 1999, they joined Tilsor as a BI Senior Consultant & Presales Engineering. In 2004, they became the BI&DWH Arquitect & Project Manager for ALTEN SPAIN. Pablo then moved to Oracle in 2005, where they served as a Principal Manager. Pablo then joined Oracle Financial Services in 2008 as a Functional Director - Finantial Services Competence Center (Western Continental Europe). In 2008, they founded Adagio Consultores, where they served as Founder & CEO. In 2015, they founded Adagio Andino, where they also served as Founder & CEO. Finally, in 2019, they became the CEO of Adagio Tech.

Pablo Ibarra Casals is currently enrolled at the Universidad de la República. Pablo has also obtained two certifications: an Organizational Coach certification from the Instituto de Coaching Pilar Lueches in 2012, and an Ontological Coach certification from the same institution in 2007.
