Haroon Sethi

Haroon Sethi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, product development, and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy and Implementation Director for the UPSCALE 2 Program at Adam Smith International, Haroon provides oversight and direction on program workstreams while advising the program steering committee. Previously, Haroon founded Proqura, a SaaS procurement solution, and held multiple leadership roles at Adam Smith International, including Roadmap Director for the Sustainable Energy and Economic Development Program, where significant revenue generation improvements were made. Haroon's early career included roles at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and as CEO of Raytex Particleboards, showcasing a strong background in both consulting and operational management. Haroon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
