Margot Grubert is an experienced professional in the fields of climate change, inclusive growth, and policy analysis. Currently serving as Manager - Climate Change & Nature at Adam Smith International since October 2024, Margot previously held the position of Consultant - Inclusive Growth & Climate Change at Itad, where strategic development and evaluations were central to the role. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Analyst at the EBRD, focusing on sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy investments across Europe, MENA, and Central Asia. Margot also contributed to policy development in the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations and conducted research on counter-terrorism policies at the University of Oxford. Margot holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
