Daan van Den Bruele

Daan van den Bruele is currently a juridisch medewerker at Stichting Strafrechtswinkel Amsterdam, where responsibilities include assisting clients with criminal and administrative law issues on a voluntary basis since October 2024. Daan has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having held multiple roles at The Hospitalitist, including Planning & Operations, Host/Horecamedewerker, Squad Lead, and Squad Lead Assistant since March 2018. Additionally, Daan serves as a Duty Manager at A'DAM LOOKOUT since January 2023 and has been a Gastheer at A'DAM Toren since March 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Vulploegmedewerker at Jumbo Supermarkten from September 2016 to December 2017. Daan is pursuing a Master’s degree in Strafrecht at the University of Amsterdam, expected to be completed by December 2025, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Rechtsgeleerdheid from the same institution in July 2024. A Minor in Politieke wetenschappen was obtained from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between September 2022 and February 2023, while foundational education was completed at Ijburg College from 2012 to 2019 (VWO).
