Maaike Woensdregt

Maaike Woensdregt currently serves as the HR-manager at A'DAM Toren, a position held since February 2020, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic HR policies focused on talent management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Maaike has also overseen change management initiatives, such as restructuring and the introduction of a staff app to enhance communication and engagement. Sydney, with additional experience in hospitality during an internship that encompassed business development, events, digital marketing, and operations.
