Nicola MacGregor

Nicola Macgregor currently serves as the Manager of Responsibility and Impact at Adamantem Capital, a position held since April 2022, where responsibilities include providing internal ESG expertise to the private equity investment team and ensuring the integration of ESG and impact considerations in investment decisions and portfolio stewardship. Prior to this, Nicola held various roles at Commonwealth Bank from February 2017 to February 2022, including Senior Associate in the Responsibility and Impact area and in the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Group focused on Funds Financing. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Management from Sustainability Management School, an Executive Certificate in Sustainable Finance and ESG Investing from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Nicola has participated in courses at UCLA and had an exchange experience at Maastricht University.
