Richard Waters

Richard Waters is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Zenitas Healthcare and Legend Corporation, as well as the Non Executive Chair at Heritage Lifecare, Richard also holds the position of Managing Director - Portfolio Operations at Adamantem Capital. Prior to these roles, Richard spent over a decade at Macquarie Group, culminating as Executive Director where responsibilities included managing a substantial real estate portfolio and leading numerous operational teams. Previous experience also encompasses strategic consulting roles at Bain & Company and Arthur D. Little, as well as legal practice as a solicitor. Richard holds an MBA from AGSM at UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.
