Jeff Wolniakowski

Jeff Wolniakowski serves as a Board Advisor and Technology Strategist at AdaMarie, playing a key role as a member of the founding Launch Team and designing a deep jobs platform for women in STEM since 2021. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Jeff held the position of Chief Information Officer at Advanced Group and several associated companies, leading a 75+ person IT team which achieved a 32% revenue growth through a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy. Jeff's extensive experience includes roles that involved significant cloud and AI/ML implementations, complex M&A technology integrations, and the development of strategic technology roadmaps aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing application downtime. Jeff holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
