Connie Redic

Programs Director

Connie Redic has extensive experience in program and records management, currently serving as Programs Director at Adams and Associates, Inc. since August 2016, where responsibility includes overseeing the Registrar’s Office, Admissions & Placement, and Wellness Services. Previous roles at Adams & Associates from 2016 to September 2021 as Student Services Director involved managing the integrity of student records and schedules. At MTC from February 2001 to January 2016, Connie held the position of Records/Registrar Manager, supervising Records Clerks and managing various records functions. Earlier experience includes a role as Airport Office Accounting Clerk at Continental Airlines from November 1997 to October 2000, where ticketing transactions were centralized for greater efficiency. Connie Redic holds a Master's degree in Records Administration and Archival Studies from San José State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Washington State University.
