Lucy Arthur-Paratley

Lucy Arthur-Paratley has a diverse work experience in the political and non-profit sectors. Lucy has worked at New Politics since 2021, starting as a Campaign Advisor before being promoted to Senior Campaign Advisor and Director of Programs. Prior to that, they were a Consulting Trainer at the National Democratic Training Committee. In 2021, they served as the Domestic Programs Manager at the LGBTQ Victory Institute. In 2020, Lucy worked as the Training Director for Amy McGrath's Senate campaign and as an Advisor for Hannah LeGris' council campaign. Lucy also has experience working on political campaigns, serving as a Regional Organizing Director for Pete for America in 2019 and as a Lead Field Organizer for Amy McGrath's Congressional campaign in 2018. In addition, they have worked in the education sector, including positions as Interim Director of Program at Citizen Schools in Massachusetts and Deputy Campus Director for 8th Grade Academy. Lucy also worked as a Consultant at CJET Consulting.

Lucy Arthur-Paratley's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Ethnicity, Race and Migration from Yale University. Lucy also holds a Kentucky Commonwealth Diploma and an International Spanish Academy Diploma from Bryan Station High School.
