Tracy Battle

Tracy Battle is a seasoned professional in social and student management with extensive experience at Adams and Associates, Inc. since January 2017, currently serving as Center Director at the Glenmont Job Corps Center and Corporate Director of Student Management. In this role, Tracy is responsible for program quality and compliance assessments, overseeing desk audits, leading work groups, and directing staff professional development and policy development. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Resident Assistant at Haitian Support Ministries and Support Ministries, as well as Social Development Director at Adams & Associates, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2017. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
