Jess Camp Phr

Jess Camp, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2005, Jess worked as an HR Assistant at Terracon before moving on to Sega Inc. in 2006. At Sega Inc., Jess served as the Manager of Human Resources, overseeing all areas of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws. In 2017, Jess joined POWER Engineers as a Senior HR Generalist, responsible for employee relations and internal projects. In 2018, Jess transitioned to Adams Brown, where they currently hold the position of Chief People Officer. In this role, Jess serves as a strategic business partner, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and development, while also providing servant leadership to the HR team.

Jess Camp, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Kansas State University. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Accounting and Business Management from Allen County Community College. Jess also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2013 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2015.
