Matthew Zupan

Matthew Zupan is an accomplished financial and budget analyst with extensive experience in federal contract administration and intelligence analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Financial / Budget Analyst at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology since March 2013, Matthew provides financial and defense travel support to the NGA's Office of Counterterrorism. Previous roles include Business Analyst Systems Engineer II, where Matthew managed the CMS and conducted financial analysis for the DIA, and Program Manager at KeyLogic Systems, overseeing over $100 million in IDIQ contracts for the NGA's Small Business Office. Earlier experience includes contract consulting for the NGA and serving as an Intelligence Analyst at the DOJ, focusing on drug intelligence and financial approvals. Matthew holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Computer Programming from Cambria-Rowe Business College.
