April Ajiboye

April leads Adams Street’s Emerging Talent programs including the intern, investment analyst, and investment associate programs. This includes the coordination of the university relationships/campus recruiting, speaking engagements, as well as training and development for early career professionals. She also supports the firm’s global recruitment, benefits, and payroll activities.

Prior to joining Adams Street, April was a Program Manager at INROADS, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the recent graduates, and entry-level and experienced talent placement programs.

April is a member of Adams Street’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
