Pat Bolich

Pat Bolich is an experienced Weld Specialist at Adams Thermal Systems since August 2007, responsible for all aspects of welding operations, including documentation development, robotic welder programming and repairs, maintenance of over 50 power units, and support for the weld training and maintenance departments. Prior to this role, Pat worked at Crimson Fire (now Spartan) as a Specialized Welder/Fabricator and Quality team member, focusing on customized application welding and fabrication. Pat also owned and managed D&C Manufacturing from November 2003 to July 2006, where responsibilities included manufacturing, repair, and custom application welding. Pat's education includes training from Southeast Tech in 2008 and attendance at John Adams Virtual School.
