Suchitra Maharana

Suchitra Maharana is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Legal Head for the Coal Mining Business at Adani Enterprises Limited since November 2023. With extensive experience in legal leadership roles, Suchitra has previously held positions including Head of Legal at Mahindra Susten and Head Legal - Corporate Centre and Subsidiaries at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. Prior to these roles, Suchitra was General Counsel at Mahindra Logistics and Head - Legal at Reliance Communications. Suchitra's expertise encompasses end-to-end contract management across various sectors, litigation handling, and corporate legal advisory. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Commercial Laws from Utkal University and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the National Law School of India University, among other credentials.
