Michael Kharat

Michael Kharat is a seasoned professional in the data center and construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at AdaniConneX since December 2022, overseeing a 250 MW Data Center Construction project. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Independent Consultant, providing expertise in data center real estate development, focusing on land acquisition and design development. From January 2016 to August 2022, Michael was a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt. Ltd., managing projects from initiation to closure with a strong emphasis on quality control and stakeholder management. Michael began the career as a Deputy Project Manager at Synefra Engineering & Construction Limited from April 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and JDIET.
