Debra Fleenor

Debra Fleenor is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the digital and consulting sectors. As the Founder and President of Adapex Inc since September 2013, Debra leads efforts to enhance monetization strategies for major US websites through optimization of programmatic channels. Previous roles include Founder of Digikulture, providing strategic advisory services to internet companies, and Partner at Xandas Srl, where Debra focused on launching digital ventures. Debra was also a Co-founder at xoom.it and held advisory roles at Sema Group Plc and Mercer Management Consulting, along with early experience in business development and investment banking. Debra's academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and International Business from Columbia Business School and a BA in French Studies from UCLA, complemented by studies at HEC Paris and The American University of Paris.
