Kiara Peeples

Kiara Peeples, M.S.Ed., is a highly experienced professional in the field of education and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for Education & Clinical at ADAPT Community Network since January 2024. Kiara oversees the hiring processes for 11 Special Education schools, including 10 preschools, and has a strong background in talent acquisition, having previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Greenhouse Software and Talent Partner at Achievement First. With experience as a Special Education Teacher and various administrative positions within educational organizations, Kiara has developed a comprehensive skill set in staffing and educational program development. Kiara holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Albany.
