Jess Rollins, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of autism services. Currently serving at AFL Autism Services since November 2025, Jess previously held the positions of Clinical Director and Supervising Clinician at Centria Autism, as well as Fellow (BCaBA) and ABA Therapist at Hopebridge. Prior roles include Clinic Manager, ABA Service Coordinator, and ABA Therapist at Damar Services, Inc., and Direct Care Technician earlier in the career. Jess began professional contributions as a Behavioral Clinician at Youth Opportunity Center, where responsibilities included treatment plan development and staff supervision. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University.
