Kaitlin Banta

Kaitlin Banta is a skilled professional with diverse experience in operations and behavioral support roles. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at Adapt for Life, Center for ABA and Autism since February 2023, Kaitlin has previously held positions including Project Coordinator at Hospitality Business Network Solutions (HBNS), LLC, and Operations Assistant at Third Curve Healthcare. Additionally, Kaitlin worked as a Program Coordinator at Invenio Genetics and as a Group Leader/Assistant Director at the YMCA of Greater Louisville. From 2017 to 2020, Kaitlin contributed to Banta CMC, LLC as an Administrative Assistant. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University Southeast, completed in 2020, and graduated from The Academy of Our Lady of Mercy in 2014.
