Abhishek Pathak

Abhishek Pathak has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2012 with Career Kraft as a Skill Hacker. In this role, they conducted Innovation-in-Education sessions across various colleges and coached students and team members on skill hacking through design thinking and applying innovation in learning. In 2015, they began working for Adapt Ready as a Software Intern, developing a map-based web application using MVC architecture and designing and developing relational databases. Abhishek also worked for ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED as an Associate Consultant, customising Oracle FLEXCUBE banking software for various banks from different regions and providing on-site development and implementation support for an Indian bank. In 2017, they became a Soccer Coach for Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools, coaching football (soccer) at the grassroots level up to the age of 12. Abhishek returned to Adapt Ready in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading development of the core platform and products. Theirkey roles and responsibilities included designing and developing microservices, designing and developing databases, database querying and performance tuning, working with geospatial information, guiding front-end development, and bridging business requirements, backend design, UX design and UI development.

Abhishek Pathak obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering in 2015. Abhishek also obtained an AIFF 'D' License from the All India Football Federation in June 2017.
