Chelsea Howard

Chelsea Howard is a seasoned UX researcher with a robust background in user research across various roles and organizations. Currently, Chelsea serves as a Senior UX Researcher at Adaptavist, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Chelsea worked as a Senior User Researcher at Future Arc from November 2022 to April 2024 and held the role of UX Researcher at iTech Media for a brief period in 2022. Chelsea’s extensive experience was further developed at Kantar, where multiple titles, including Senior Qualitative Research Executive and Senior Quantitative Research Executive, were held from June 2013 to May 2022. Chelsea holds a BSc Honours in Psychology from Kingston University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
