Monika Janta

Monika Janta is an accomplished Senior UX Researcher with extensive experience in user research, design, and education. Currently, Monika is a Senior UX Researcher at Booksy and Co-Founder of Sisters of No Mercy, where Monika focuses on analyzing and improving user experiences across digital platforms. Previous roles include Senior UX Researcher at OLX Group, where Monika managed research projects and utilized various methodologies, and a Senior UX Researcher & Designer at Vika Life, overseeing product design and user data analysis. Monika has also contributed to academia as a lecturer on user experience design at Uniwersytet SWPS and Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku. Monika holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in User Experience Design, providing a solid foundation for expertise in the field.
