Maritess Cruz Goellnitz

Maritess Cruz Goellnitz has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Maritess is currently the Head of Solutions and Partner Marketing at Adaptavist, where they lead a team of marketing professionals and is responsible for marketing activities related to Adaptavist's service and solutions offerings in the digital transformation space.

Prior to their current role, Maritess was the Managing Director of Go2Group Asia Ltd, an Adaptavist company, from 2016 to 2021. Maritess also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Go2Group, where they focused on building brands, digital marketing, market research, and implementing CRM strategies.

Maritess has also worked at Gartner as a Principal Research Analyst, specializing in software QA and testing, agile methodologies, and application development. Maritess started their career at Philips, where they held various senior management positions, including Senior Manager of Project Management and Business Category Quality and Consumer Care Director.

Before joining Philips, Maritess was a Senior Quality Leader at CrimsonLogic and a Senior Engineer at both Philips Electronics Singapore and Kent Ridge Digital Labs. Maritess began their career as a Lead Analyst/Programmer at Citibank, N.A., Philippines, and later worked as an Assistant Manager of Business Systems Analyst at Citibank, N.A.

Throughout their career, Maritess has demonstrated a strong track record of leading teams, implementing marketing strategies, and driving successful business outcomes.

Maritess Cruz Goellnitz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School. Maritess attended the school from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their educational qualifications, they obtained certifications in Quality Engineering from the American Society of Quality in July 2002 and in Software Quality Analysis from QAI, USA in September 2001.
