Svenja Lorenzen

Svenja Lorenzen currently serves as a Generalist for the Work Management Practice at Adaptavist and as the New Work & People Development Manager at The Adaptavist Group, roles commenced in September and November 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes positions as an IT Consultant at Jodocus GmbH and venITure from October 2021 to October 2021 and July 2020 to October 2021, respectively, and at Silpion IT-Solutions GmbH from January 2017 to June 2020. Early experience includes an au-pair role at Intrax from June 2011 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Systemischer Business Coach program at Systemisches Institut Hamburg (January 2024 - November 2024), a state-certified event manager degree from Hanse-Schule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung (2013 - 2016), and a general higher education entrance qualification in Health and Sports/Fitness from Fördegymnasium Flensburg (2002 - 2011). Additionally, Svenja Lorenzen is pursuing studies at Leuphana University of Lüneburg since 2017.
