Nolan Frausto has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Nolan began their career as a Software Engineer at Argonne National Laboratory, where they developed and extended various simulation models using Java. In 2008, they completed a summer internship at WH Trading, acting as a floor clerk checking trades on the floor of the exchange and programming C++ trading applications. In 2010, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Software Engineer, introducing and coaching on themes such as continuous deployment, TDD testing practices, pair programming, build automation, and refactoring. In 2012, they consulted with Bloomberg LP as a full stack developer and then founded Frausto LLC, where they served small to large businesses throughout the NYC area as an engineer and consultant. In 2014, they became a Tech Lead at Fitstar by Fitbit and in 2015, they were promoted to Staff Software Engineer, where they architected and scaled systems serving millions of daily active users. In 2018, they co-founded Warmintro and in 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at AdaptedMind.
