Ahmed Abotaleb has a diverse work experience. Ahmed began their career in 2006 at Orange Business Services, where they held various roles including Technical Team Lead, Technical Validation Engineer - Change & Release Mgmt, Network Project Manager- Service Implementation, and Senior Network Engineer. In 2006, they also began working as an IT Program Coordinator at Future Generation Foundation www.fgf.org.eg, where they implemented administrative systems and program procedures, identified tasks and estimated timelines for programs in progress, and handled arising problems and complaints with program execution. In 2020, they joined SonicWall as a Senior Security Engineer and CDI College as a Network and Internet Security professor. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Adaptiv Networks as a Manager of Service Delivery and Senior Network Engineer.

Ahmed Abotaleb obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2000 to 2005. Ahmed obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in April 2007. In November 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In January 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Quality Managment & Training Limited. In June 2019, they obtained a CCNP Routing and Switching from Cisco. Ahmed also has a Leadership for Managers certification from Dale Carnegie Training.
