Jennifer McMullan, CSE

Jennifer McMullan, CSE, has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Jennifer currently works as a Senior Sales Engineer at Adaptiva, where they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member at PreSales Collective, a global community aimed at elevating the role of PreSales professionals. Jennifer joined PreSales Collective in January 2022.

Jennifer's previous experience includes working as a Senior Field Solutions Engineer at Nauto from October 2021 to August 2022 and as a Senior Sales Engineer at EROAD from April 2017 to October 2021. Jennifer also served as an Account Executive at Sage Software from November 2016 to April 2017.

Before entering the software industry, Jennifer worked as a Sales Representative at VolunteerHub, where they developed and closed new business opportunities in the 501c3 market. Jennifer was part of a small remote team and their responsibilities included prospecting, demonstrating software, and closing deals.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles as an Inside Senior Saas Sales Representative at NexTraq from March 2013 to May 2016, an Inside Direct Sales Account Executive at Sterling Payment Technologies from July 2011 to December 2012, and a Sales Account Executive at Yellowbook from October 2010 to July 2011.

Jennifer's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from their experience as the Owner of FitAbility LLC from July 2008 to October 2010. Jennifer successfully managed capital investments, staff, and operations, and implemented customer service strategies that resulted in increased sales and member retention.

Jennifer McMullan, CSE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The University of Alabama from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology at The University of Alabama, where they obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, without specific start and end years mentioned.
