Dao Pho

Dao Pho has an extensive work history in various leadership roles in the biotechnology and healthcare industries. Most recently, Dao served as the Vice President of Operations at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where they oversaw manufacturing, supply chain management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to that, Dao was the Senior Director of Engineering at Illumina, leading a large team and driving new process development for genetic sequencing products. They also held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing at Agilent Technologies, overseeing global manufacturing and supply chain operations. Dao's earlier experience includes roles at NuSil Technology LLC and Cardinal Health, where they held leadership positions responsible for business expansion, new facility construction, and regulatory compliance. Dao began their career at the California Department of Public Health as an Associate Health Physicist.

Dao Pho has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University. They also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Dao has obtained certifications in Executive Supply Chain Management from Penn State Smeal College of Business, LSS Black Belt and Lean Principles from Purdue University, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
