Jacqueline Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jacqueline is currently working as a QA Information Systems Specialist at Adaptive Phage Therapeutics since September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Jacqueline worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions from November 2018 to September 2021. Jacqueline started as a Quality Control Data Entry Contractor and later took on the role of Quality Control Data Coordinator, where they served as the QC Lead Technician.

Their earlier work experience includes a research role at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from June 2015 to May 2018. In this position, they worked in the Miller Lab, where they performed Western blots and participated in lab meetings. Jacqueline also presented research findings at various conferences, including the 20th Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Chemical and Biological Sciences and the 22nd Annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Achievement Day.

Jacqueline Rivera earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2014 to 2018. Jacqueline then pursued a Certification in Web Development (Full Stack Development) at The Johns Hopkins University from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Jacqueline obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from MoreSteam in December 2020 and April 2020, respectively.
