Ruchi Sood

Ruchi Sood has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Ruchi is currently working as a Program Manager at InnovatorMD since February 2020, where they manage various responsibilities including program management, customer service, senior stakeholder management, operations, public relations, and process improvement.

Prior to that, Ruchi worked as a Program Manager at Adaptive Research Inc starting in September 2021. In this role, they closely coordinate with the leadership team, supports various projects and teams, handles critical aspects of deliverables, facilitates communication between the executive management team and internal departments, and addresses sensitive or confidential concerns.

Ruchi also has experience as a Visiting Faculty at Dr. BMN College of Home Science since December 2016, where they provide optimal learning experiences in Information Technology (IT) skills for postgraduate students in early childhood education.

In their previous role as a Program Director at Indian Women Scientists' Association, Ruchi trained over 1000 students in various courses and collaborated with campus management to increase program enrollments.

Ruchi has also served as a Visiting Faculty Member at Avalon Heights International School and Womens India Trust (WIT) during certain periods.

Ruchi began their career as a Solutions Manager at Oracle and later worked as a Senior IT Engineer at CMC Ltd. Ruchi also worked as a Faculty at Aptech Computer Education.
