Max Richard Jr

Max Richard Jr has worked in various roles since 2004. Max began their career as a Software Development Manager at International Code Council in 2004, followed by a QA Team Lead position at BBVA Compass in 2010. In 2011, they moved to Regions Financial Corporation as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Financial Services. Max then worked as a QA Test Manager at TD Bank from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Director of Quality COE and Release Management at Centralized Alabama Recipient Eligibility System (CARES). From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Motion as a Sr. IT Quality Assurance and Release Manager and then as an IT Quality Assurance Manager. Currently, they are a Program Manager and Test Engineering Manager at Adaptivestack Technologies Inc.

Max Richard Jr has a long history of education. Max obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing and Quantitative Methods from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1988-1992. Max then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from the same university in 2018-2019. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019-2020. Additionally, Max Richard Jr has obtained several certifications, including a Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, a CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in 2020, and a CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in 2016.
