Eric Little has over 15 years of professional experience in roles related to business, IT, and horticulture. Eric'smost recent experience includes working as a Business System Analyst / Project Manager at ADAPTURE since 2019 and as an Enterprise Senior Business Analyst at South State Bank since 2019. Prior to this, they were a Business Analyst and Process Consultant at SYSTEMTEC from 2018 to 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Pan-American Life Insurance Group as a Compliance Business Analyst and an IT Business Analyst. In 2012, they were a Consultant for Six Sigma Process Improvement at Trane Ingersoll-Rand and a Business Operations Process Analyst at Pan-American Life Insurance Group. From 2007 to 2006, they were a Human Services Specialist for Horticultural Therapy at the South Carolina Department of Mental Health, a Farm Manager for an Eco-Tourism Contractor at Eslabon de Libertad, and a Horticulturalist at Biltmore Estate. In 2003, they were a Food Security Extension Agriculture Volunteer for the Peace Corps.

Eric Little obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Science from Montreat College between 1997 and 2001. In 2000, they completed an Independent Study in Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2011, they earned an International MBA in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the USC Darla Moore School of Business, and in 2012 they completed Business and Language Training in Brazilian Portuguese and Doing Business in Brazil at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2013, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Sonoco Products Company.
