Matt Humphries

Matt Humphries has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt is currently working as the Director of Talent and Professional Services at ADAPTURE, where they help clients solve business issues by leveraging technology and professional services. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Talent Path and as a Director/Senior Recruiter at C2R Ventures. Matt also served as the Head of Business Development at AMPlify Resources Group and as a Business Development Manager at Futures Group. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as an Account Manager at NTT DATA Services, as a Regional Director at Challenger Sports, and as a Customer Service Representative at Legal & General.

Matt Humphries attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Cloudflare Accredited Sales Professional from Cloudflare in June 2023, Smartsheet Aligned Sales Training from Smartsheet in July 2022, and Partner Training - Sales Ready from Databricks in December 2021.
