Caecilia M.n. Kemper

Caecilia M.N. Kemper currently serves as a Visiting Investment Analyst at Adara Ventures since September 2024 and as a Venture Scout with First Momentum Ventures, a German VC fund, since March 2023, focusing on identifying promising startups in the DACH region. Previously, Caecilia held roles in business development and finance at Jomigo and served as Vice President of Strategy & Mentorship for Esade MSc Women in Business. Other notable experiences include positions at 180 Degrees Consulting, KPMG Germany, SCOPE Maastricht, and internships with Oliver Schrott Kommunikation GmbH and Hotel im Wasserturm. Caecilia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Esade, along with an apprenticeship in voice acting and a degree from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
