Mick Neustadt, LICSW, is a seasoned grief and trauma psychotherapist currently employed at the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing since 2016. In addition to private practice, Mick Neustadt serves as a social worker at Adas Israel Congregation and mentors in a Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification Program at Sounds True. With a diverse background, Mick Neustadt has taught mindfulness in various educational settings, including serving as a mindfulness instructor for DC area schools and leading retreats for teens through Inward Bound Mindfulness Education. Education includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Catholic University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from American University.
