Elizabeth Whitworth

Elizabeth Whitworth is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in environmental modelling and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher in Environmental Modelling at ADAS since July 2016, Elizabeth provides modelling expertise to support various research and consultancy projects. Previous roles include a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, focusing on the dynamics of risk and environmental impacts in food supply chains, and a Research Fellow at Aston Business School, researching the role of social media in the agri-food sector. Elizabeth also has experience as a Sessional Lecturer at Glyndwr University. Academically, Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Chemistry, both from Bangor University.
