Jim Dimmock is a Principal Sustainability Consultant at ADAS, specializing in climate and sustainability initiatives. With a robust background in agriculture, they served as a Senior Agronomist at the Eden Project, leading research and commercialization programs benefiting local farmers. Previously, Jim held various roles within the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, including Environment Scientist and Research Manager for Horticulture. They completed a PhD in Agronomy and Crop Science as well as a Master’s in Crop Protection, both from the University of Reading. As a postdoctoral researcher at Bangor University, Jim focused on the agronomy and commercial potential of underutilized crops in Wales.
