Tarik Orra

Tarik Orra is a Senior Principal Engineer at ADASI since November 2022, following a role as Air Vehicle Lead Engineer at BEACON RED from April 2020 to November 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Embraer, where Tarik held several positions, including Aircraft Conceptual Design Engineer in the Advanced Design Department, Flight Mechanics Engineer for EMBRAER Executive Jets, Flight Sciences Engineer in EMBRAER Defense, and Trainee Engineer. Tarik's expertise encompasses the design, analysis, and optimization of new products across Executive, Commercial, and Defense markets, with a focus on multi-fidelity level tools development and integration in Model-Driven Optimization (MDO) frameworks. Tarik holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, a specialization in Aeronautical Engineering from both Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and Embraer, and an Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
