Nick Shopov

Nick Shopov is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and global operations management. Currently serving as the CEO of Adastra Global Delivery since October 2023, Nick manages the Global Delivery Centers across multiple countries, including Thailand, Bulgaria, Greece, Colombia, and India. Previously, as Managing Director of Adastra Thailand from March 2019 to September 2023, Nick played a crucial role in establishing and transforming the company within the Adastra Group, overseeing operations, HR, finance, and delivery services in data analytics. Nick's earlier roles include Delivery Manager and Big Data Practice Lead at Adastra Bulgaria EOOD, where responsibilities involved managing stakeholder relationships, project success, and team mentorship. Nick has a solid educational background, holding multiple degrees in Software Engineering and Industrial Management, along with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Finance from respected institutions.
