Gaynor Heys has over 20 years of experience in product development and production management. Gaynor began their career in 2001 as a Research Assistant at Manchester Metropolitan University. In 2002, they joined Nike EMEA as a Product Developer for Licensed Football/Professional Sports Apparel. Gaynor then moved to Grays International in 2006 as a Product Manager/KTP Project Manager for Sports Apparel. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Global Product Manager for Womens Performance Apparel at adidas. In 2013, they became the Head of Product for Kickers Footwear at Pentland Brands. In 2017, they joined Vollebak as the Head of Sourcing and Production. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Apparel Merchandise Manager at The Service Course. Gaynor is currently the Product Development and Production Manager at Aday.

Gaynor Heys has an extensive education history. Gaynor began their studies in 1996 at the University of Leeds, where they earned a BA Hons in Textile Management. In 2001, they went on to pursue an MSc in Clothing Science at The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2002. Prior to this, they had attended Hopwood Hall College and Wardle High School, where they earned A-levels. In 2016, they also completed a Post Grad Certificate in Fashion Buying and Merchandising at the Fashion Retail Academy.
