Heather McGuire

Heather McGuire is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality control and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Engineering Operations at ADB Companies, LLC since April 2020, McGuire oversees both the engineering operations for the East region and quality control efforts. Prior to this, McGuire held a lead designer and quality control engineering position at Byers Engineering Company, focusing on fiber cable design for major clients such as Verizon and AT&T. Previous roles include Quality Specialist at Summit Engineering Services and Outside Plant Activity Center Manager at AT&T, showcasing a strong background in quality assurance and project management.
