Wendy Broekhoff

Wendy is Chief Human Resources Officer at ADB SAFEGATE, and is responsible for all HR related activity across the company’s global workforce spanning over 1200 employees of 45 nationalities in more than 25 countries.

Wendy has over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors - global consulting, technology, healthcare, IT service management and construction. She started her career as a consultant with Royal HaskoningDHV, before moving on to the management consulting sector where she stayed for 10 years. She later pivoted to Human Resource leadership positions with Philips Healthcare, Royal BAM Group and Ordina.

She brings with her a rich international change management and HR transformation experience at an Executive Committee level. With a strong background in organizational design and personnel management, she will help shape the future of ADB SAFEGATE’s approach to talent.

Wendy holds a Master’s of Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University and a Master’s in Business Administration – Management, from TIAS, Tilburg University. She is passionate about transformation, talent development and tries to stimulate people to be the ‘best versions of themselves’.
