Graeme Churcher

Graeme Churcher is an experienced professional in the field of project management and reliability within the cement and mining industries. Currently serving as Reliability Manager at Adbri Limited since October 2020, Graeme previously held the position of Reliability Superintendent, overseeing refractory installation and services at Cockburn Cement Munster works. Graeme also has extensive experience at Cockburn Cement Limited as Refractory Manager and Project Manager, and held managerial roles at BGC Contracting, where responsibilities included technical support for mineral crushing assets and leading significant projects such as the Mt Webber Process Upgrade and the BGC Voyager 2 Quarry Project. Prior roles include Project Superintendent at Brikmakers, focusing on the design and construction of brickworks, and Mechanical Project Superintendent at Cockburn Cement, managing shutdowns, refractories, and various projects. Graeme holds an education from Deakin University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
